2nd Annual-RRG 2023 Gala

On November 11, 2023, the SPV Foundation in association with Railroad Generations is hosting the Railroad Generations Gala (RGG) at Martins Crosswinds – Greenbelt, Maryland.  The event will be a celebration of the past, present and future contributions of front-line railroad employees to the Railroad Industry.

All the proceeds from the Railroad Generations Gala will support the future scholarships awarded by the SPV Foundation. Below is information on sponsorship levels and donations for the 2nd Annual Railroad Generations Gala.

Sponsorship Guidelines

Platinum – Sponsorship Tier $1,000

One (1) Complimentary Table at Railroad Generations Gala

  • Marketing & Promotional privileges

  • Videotape Message

Sponsorship recognition:

  • Signage at 2022- 2023 SPV Foundation events

  • Email and social media acknowledgment by SPV Foundation

  • Promotional /Marketing material in (2) two SPV newsletters

Silver – Sponsorship Tier $ 250 - $ 500

Two (2) Tickets to Railroad Generations Gala

Sponsorship recognition:

  • Signage at 2023 SPV Foundation events

  • Email and social media acknowledgment by SPV Foundation

  • Sponsorship Agreement Form and Full Payment must be received by November 1, 2023.

  • Steven P. Vann Foundation in association with Railroad Generations is sponsoring the Railroad Generations Gala on Saturday, November 11, 2023.

  • *Gold and Platinum tier sponsorship tables consists of (1) one table and (8) chairs.

  • ** Marketing and promotional privileges allow sponsors to provide promotional items at designated specific events.

  • Final sponsorship decisions are made by sole discretion of SPV Foundation - Board of Directors.

  • In the event of limited space availability for sponsorship tables, preference will be given to the highest sponsorship levels.

  • **Marketing and promotional privileges are available only at designated SPV events. Deadlines for submission of all promotional items will be designated by the event coordinator.

  • ***All Complimentary tickets to Railroad Generations events with the SPV Foundation will issued at the scheduled event   to the designated representative on the sponsorship agreement form.
